Located on the grounds of the South Mountain Restoration Center in Pennsylvania's Franklin County, AYC is a multi-service residential facility.  The detention and shelter units focus on short-term development activities, which are designed to assist clients in transitioning into a treatment program.  The Firesetter & Sexual Offender programs provide offense-cycle treatment and relapse prevention services.  Clients participate in both individual and group counseling.  The group counseling is dictated by an extensive 52-week curriculum, which includes weekly groups in Aggression Replacement Training, Thinking Errors, drug and alcohol education, and family groups.  A licensed, private on-site education program operates year round and offers both a diploma and GED track.
