Life Skills Worker: This
is a direct-care position which assists and supervises the client in
daily activities. Demonstrates leadership skills and acts as a role model
to the client.
Counselor: This position counsels individuals or groups
regarding psychological or emotional problems such as stress, substance
abuse, or family situations and develops and implements therapeutic treatment
plan.
Treatment Supervisor: This position supervises and confirms
that intake, client, and family treatment, assessment, and intervention
needs are completed within contractual and licensing guidelines. The treatment
supervisor also participates in treatment team conferences for the discussion
of behavior, diagnosis, progress, and aftercare of clients.
Mental Health
Professionals: This position provides medically necessary mental
health treatment services to children and adolescents experiencing social,
emotional, behavioral, and psychiatric problems. The position provides direct
client supervision to those clients with chronic or acute mental disorders
who require active treatment.
Case Managers: This position is responsible
for a caseload of adjudicated delinquent clients and their families who
are chronic in delinquent behavioral problems. The position is responsible
for assisting the client to transition out of the juvenile justice system.
Night
Supervisors: The night supervisor maintains eyeball supervision
and proximity control to ensure clients are secure at all times and specifically
ensures the health, safety, and welfare of clients/staff members during
sleeping hours.
